What are pesticides and what do they cause?

It would seem that they are necessary, however many of these pesticides contain substances that are highly toxic to humans. For example, such is the case of the organophosphate used in US crops.

According to studies, pesticides are also used in cereals such as wheat, rice, and canola, as well as in flowers, cotton and grass.

The most common way to expose ourselves to them is by consuming products treated with pesticides. Second, by feeding on the meat of animals fed with “protected” wheat and, thirdly, by living close to the crops or working on them.

How to remove pesticides and pesticides from meals?

  • A ¼ cup of apple or white vinegar (62 ml).
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml).
  • The juice of 1 lemon.

  • 20 grams of grapefruit essential oil (grapefruit).
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml).
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda (10 g).
  • 1 cup of white vinegar (250 ml).

3. Lemon and vinegar disinfectant

On the other hand, this recipe has fewer ingredients but it does not stop being effective. Also, it is ideal to clean when we do not have too much time.


  • 1 cup of vinegar (250 ml).
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (10 ml).
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml).


  • First, in a container with spray put water and vinegar.
  • Second, beat and add the lemon juice.
  • Finally, cover and stir well. Use at the moment and store in the fridge.
